We’re at Ethnica Designs, more than happy to make our costumers fill great with our designs as well as being satisfied with their purchase, below you can find answers to some frequently asked questions so you'll feel confidence placing an order.
- Where do you ship from?

We ship packages from Israel, where Ethnica Designs is located.
- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, it is our pleasure! Most of our orders comes from outside of Israel from different places in the world.
- How long will it take to process my order?

It will take us 4-6 business days to process your order by regular shipping but we recommend for first priority and express shipping that is definitely faster and will enter your order a head of the line in 1-3 business days.
- Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we use DHL express shipping. If you'd like your order to arrive faster, you can choose express shipping ($30) from the shipping options, and your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.
- Does customs and duties will be needed?

If your purchase is held up by customs, any duties and payments are the responsibility of the buyer. The duties vary from country to country, and we cannot estimate nor pay these fees. We attach the proper documentation to speed up the customs process.
- How can I track my package?

We provide a tracking number of the package which you can enter on the post website.
- What if I'm not satisfy with my purchase?

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, contact us within 14 days from when you received it and we will work out a refund or exchange. We will not cover the shipping cost back.
Your refund will be issued once we receive your purchase and find it in sellable condition.
